Floyd Mayweather Jr. rants and then apologizes (VIDEO)

Some celebrities appear on “Dancing with the Stars” after a fall from grace such as Tom DeLay, but Floyd Mayweather Jr. already appeared on the fifth season of “Dancing with the Stars.” After his live video of trash talk aimed at Manny Pacquiao was heavily criticized, Mayweather issued an apology video on 4 September 2010.

You can hear his rant.

Mayweather was paired with Karina Smirnoff. They were the fourth couple eliminated. Mayweather performed the cha cha cha to “The Way You Move” during week 1 for a score of 18 (6,6,6). For week 2, he performed the quickstep to “Signed, Sealed, Delivered, I’m Yours.” His score was a little better with straight sevens (21).

For week 3, his jive to “Mess Around” also received straight sevens (21) and he was in the bottom two.

Week 4, his paso doble to “Captain from Castille” was better with 23 (7, 8, 8) but he was eliminated. See video below.

Indy 500 racer Helio Castroneves and his partner Julianne Hough would win with Mel B of the Spice Girls and her partner Makxim Chmerkovkiy in second and Marie Osmond and Jonathan Roberts in third.
