Dancing with the Stars: Lacey Schwimmer

Born in Redlands, Ca, Lacey Mae Schwimmer first came to national fame as one of the final four in “So You Think You Can Dance” season three.

Her brother, Benji Schwimmer, won season 2 of SYTYCD. Her father, Buddy Schwimmer, is a famous West Coast Swing dancer.

Schwimmer auditioned with her brother for season 3 and after making the top 20 was paired with hip hop dancer Kameron Bink. She would also dance with Danny Tidwell, Neil Haskell and Pasha Kovalev.  She and the other top ten finalists were on the SYTYCD tour in 2007.

Schwimmer helped her brother choreograph a West Coast swing piece for season 4 (Joshua Allen and Katee Shean.

Schwimmer appeared in Christina Aguilera’s “Candyman” video, Elisa’s “Rainbow” video and danced with Adam Sandler for the MTV Movie Awards 2008.
