Mario Lopez and Nicole Scherzinger at “Rocky Horror”

Do you love “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” or are you a “Glee” or “Dancing with the Stars’ fan?

This Thursday, 28 October 2010, an all-star cast will be performing “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” at the Wiltern Theatre from 8 p.m. Tickets are from $50-$100. The night will feature the film and performances.

The performers include: Danny DeVito, Cheech Marin, Evan Rachel Wood, Lea Michele, Matthew Morrison, Billy Idol, Jack Nicholson, Mario Lopez and Nicole Scherzinger.

This musical tribute is a benefit for The Painted Turtle. The Painted Turtle is the sixth addition to Paul Newman’s family of Hole in the Wall Camps for seriously ill children. It is also the only multi-disease camp and family care center of its kind on the West Coast. Through educational, therapeutic, safe, and just plain fun summer camp and year-round programs, The Painted Turtle provides a life-changing experience to children whose daily struggles often diminish both their desire to be well and their ability to lead a rich, productive life.

For tickets call (800) 745-3000 or go to www.livenation.com.

Besides this tribute event, on 31 October 2010 (Sunday), the West Hollywood Costume Carnaval 2010 will feature a parade with members  of the Rocky Horror Picture Show cast, stage performers and city officials being transported in pedi‐floats down Santa Monica Blvd. The event will close out with a Guinness Book record-breaking performance of Time Warp synchronized across all six stages of the event. This event is free and takes place from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
