Cadbury Dairy Milk commercial ‘Simply the Best’

Ever dance under water? Ever sing under water? Is it possible? The answer is yes, but don’t expect to see Tina Turner doing it even if they are using her 1989 song “Simply the Best.”

This is part of the “Keep Team GB Pumped” campaign for the London Olympics. The swimmer Rebecca Adlington is a British freestyle swimmer who won two gold medals at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. She won those medals in the 400 m and 800 m and in the 800 m final, she broke the 19-year-old record held by American Olympic swimmer Janet Evans.

Adlington was the first Olympic swimming champion for the UK since 1988 and the first British swimmer to earn two Olympic gold medals since 1908. That makes her the UK’s most successful Olympic swimmer in 100 years.

Adlington is only 22 (17 February 1989).

Here’s the “how they did it” video.

Here’s the finished video.
